Failed Login

Please go to the Identity Manager https://im.ucsb.edu and login to test your UCSB netid and password. The login button is found in the upper right hand corner.
Do not enter your email address as your netid.
If you have forgotten your password, then you can reset it by signing in at the Identity Manager based on your affiliation.

Error After Login

Some applications require a default email address. It may have been omitted during an account update. You can log into the Identity Manager at https://im.ucsb.edu to check your profile.

DUO Error

DUO is the Multifactor authentication (MFA) system in use by UCSB.
You must set up your account first with DUO to access a DUO enabled application.
